We’re here to make a real difference in people’s lives. Whether someone is facing big challenges or working towards personal or professional goals, we’re in their corner, offering the right support at the right time.

Through our five key services; neurodivergent workplace coaching, medico-legal services, complex case management, occupational therapy assessments, and behaviour education, we take a hands-on, practical approach that actually works. No fluff, no one-size-fits-all solutions. Just real, evidence-based strategies tailored to each person’s unique needs.

Our Approach

What makes us different?

We blend deep Allied Health expertise with smart, strategic business thinking. Through our education, training and individual lived experience we understand the complexities of life and have the tools for individuals and organisations to overcome challenges. We see a huge potential for growth and success by changing the way disability is perceived, encouraging contribution and compassion in the corporate world and in the communities where we work and live.

NOW OFFERING

Neuro-divergent
Corporate Coaching

Our coaching program includes:

  • Neuro-divergent corporate training seminar: An interactive workshop for your team to understand Neurodiversity, Sensory Processing and to provide innovative, research based best practice recommendations.

  • Individual sensory profile assessments and reports: An online sensory profile assessment to provide sensory profile insights for employees and recommendations to support them.

  • Neuro-divergent management seminar: A targeted consultation with senior leaders and people managers.

Neurodiversity acknowledges that every brain functions differently, it’s just part of natural human variation. It celebrates individuality and reinforces that there’s no single “right way” for a brain to work.

Our Services

Assessments

Our dedicated occupational therapists undertake complex NDIS reporting and assessments to help our clients live more independently and achieve their personal goals. With experience of the NDIS since its inception, we help our clients navigate the NDIS system, empowering individuals, their families and support networks to receive the services and technologies they need to thrive.

Medico-Legal

We provide IME’s to personal injury and compensation lawyers in relation to personal injury claims impacting on activities of daily living and work capacity to support their client’s claim.

Complex Case Management

At JRTS we offer comprehensive and efficient case management services for clients and their families who are having difficulty navigating the appropriate resources. Our aim is to find the ‘right fit’ for their needs, and support them to establish a team of trained professionals who can help them meet their goals. This includes catastrophic or complex cases such as spinal cord injuries, acquired  brain injuries, complex pain syndromes and multiple injury management.

Behaviour Education

We can support other clinicians, informal and formal carers, and educators by providing training and support to deal with behaviours of concern, creating positive environments while safeguarding the dignity, and quality of life for all concerned, including staff retention. Our evidence-based strategies, and person-centred supports address the individual needs and the root cause of the behaviour.

Hear from our clients

"Two years ago, my family was in crisis. I was exhausted, questioning my abilities as a mother, and unsure of where to turn. JRTS stepped in, providing unwavering support at every step—at all hours, on any day of the week.

Thanks to their dedication, we secured the funding and supports my children needed to live fulfilling lives. With their help, I’ve been able to return to work as a reliable employee, pursue my passion for supporting people with disabilities, and even reconnect with my first love—horse riding. None of this would have been possible without JRTS fighting alongside me to secure the right support network.

Recently, I faced a moment of fear, worried we were slipping back to where we were two years ago. Without hesitation, Cass, Justine, and Hugh made time for us immediately, ensuring we had the support we needed.

I am forever grateful to Justine, Hugh, and Cass—I truly owe them so much."
