  • Justine McKeogh

    Director, Senior Occupational Therapist, Behaviour Practitioner and Certified Neurodivergent Coach

    Bachelor Science (Occupational Therapy), Victoria University NZ

    Postgraduate Certificate, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (PBSP)

    International Certificate in Coaching (ICF), specialising in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), to assist Neurodivergent corporate clients.

    Justine is our Director, principal Occupational Therapist, registered Behaviour Practitioner and certified Neurodivergent Coach. With over 38 years in Allied Health, she’s worked with both kids and adults, bringing a wealth of clinical experience to every client she supports.

    She’s a proud member of Occupational Therapists Australia and has been a strong advocate for the role of occupational therapy and specialist behaviour practitioners in the broader Allied Health network. Whether it’s corporate coaching, NDIS, or medico-legal cases, Justine is dedicated to making sure these professions get the recognition they deserve, because she knows firsthand the difference they can make in people’s lives.

    Justine isn’t just a technical powerhouse, she has intuition, compassion, strategic thinking in spades and an unwavering commitment using practical insight and strategic problem solving to improve the health and well-being of her clients. She is a mother, grandmother and an all-round wonderful person who understands the difficulties many families endure and is determined to make a difference in others' lives.

    Cassie is our Director and General Manager, the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She makes sure our operations are efficient, our processes are seamless, and our team has everything they need to do their best work. She’s also the first point of contact for many of our clients, taking the time to really listen, understand their needs, and find the best solutions to support them. 

    Cassie is our guiding beacon, an always calm leader with a unique blend of vision, operational expertise and inspiring leadership. She is values-driven and compassionate with an unwavering commitment to ensure our clients and their networks are supported in what is often a difficult, complex and very individual journey.

    Amelia is our Business Development Manager and HR Consultant, bringing over 25 years of experience in People and Culture roles in the corporate world. She knows what makes organisations tick, from the inside out, and helps businesses create workplaces where employees thrive and clients want to engage with.

    With a sharp eye for strategy and a deep understanding of organisational systems, Amelia helps businesses boost engagement, stand out from the competition, and grow their market share. She’s all about understanding employee and client needs to create practical solutions that make a real impact.

    Amelia loves to travel and has lived on four different continents in seven different cities. She is now living in paradise on the Sunshine Coast raising her three beautiful children.  Her intuition and creativity enables her to bring our crazy ideas to life in a practical and strategic way.

    Kim is our key administrator. She is passionate about efficiency, collaboration and continuous improvement. She is a significant support for Cassie, ensuring our paperwork is in order, appointments are organised, assessments are completed and quotes are obtained. Kim has built a reputation for her ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems and create an environment where our team and clients feel supported.  She is a true asset to our team.

    Kim is patient, kind and hardworking. She loves her family, her home and her community. Her positive outlook on life is infectious and she always finds the good in everything.

    Ciennah, our wonderful junior administrator, is the future of JRTS. She is intelligent, creative, kind and hardworking. While her focus is learning about Allied Health, our business and operational management, we are also benefiting from her incredible insights and strong work ethic. She helps us understand different perspectives and encourages us to think innovatively, now and for the future.

    As a mother of two beautiful young children and an experienced Allied Health professional, Helet brings so much value to our team with exceptional time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills. She is dedicated and passionate about quality and professionalism.

Hugh and Tayla are postgraduate students currently completing their Doctor of Medicine degree. As part of our commitment to education and mentoring future health professionals, Justine provides them with interprofessional learning opportunities to enhance their understanding of the role of an occupational therapist and the broader Allied Health network in optimising patient care. 

Their medical studies equip them with valuable academic insights, allowing them to contribute to discussions on best practices and emerging medical knowledge, which supports JRTS in achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
